Once you have a general idea of what the main points of your home will be such as how many square feet, one story or two, porches, general layout, we can take your references and concepts and give you an estimate on your home or commercial package. Once the estimate has been reviewed and refined we will write your contract and once the down payment is received we begin the design phase
