This stunning off-site construction home package is the smallest in our Whisper Creek collection, yet it offers all the interior options available in our largest homes.

The rustic post and beam architecture creates an open feel with 25-foot-high ceilings, a spacious loft, and room for everyone. Whether you’re hosting your fishing buddies or spending time with your family, this 1276 sq ft home has everything you need. You can easily add more space by putting the home on a full basement or adding a 3/4 or full loft option. All our plans can be modified to suit your needs and the build site. The home package comes with a choice of half log siding, flat Appalachian siding, or James Hardie or LP Smart Side siding for a more timber frame look. You can also choose a combination of LP siding and steel siding or any other siding style that you prefer.

Panelized off-site construction is a modern construction technique that offers numerous benefits over traditional on-site construction. With panelized off-site construction, your home is built in a controlled environment, away from the elements, which ensures that the quality of materials and craftsmanship is consistently high. This method also allows for faster construction times and fewer weather-related delays.
